Chef Jason Beberman spent over 17 years working in the finest kitchens in Manhattan and Brooklyn before joining the team at Duello as executive chef. Beberman brings his extensive culinary background to the restaurant, informed not only by his experience in fine dining, but time spent traveling throughout Asia.
While in New York, Beberman cooked under acclaimed chefs including Scott Bryan at Veritas, Michael Anthony at Gramercy Tavern, and Geoffrey Zakarian at Town, which was awarded three stars by the New York Times. He continued to cut his teeth in institutions such as Oceana and Django, and in 2010 Beberman joined the team at the iconic Gramercy Tavern. Prior to joining Duello, Beberman served as Director of Culinary Operations of the Empellón trio of restaurants in Manhattan, where he was deeply involved in menu development for all three concepts, alongside Chef Alex Stupak, and helmed the interactive chefs counter tasting menu.
